Booking, Changes & Cancellations

Book your stay conveniently through our website. Depending on the rate you booked, you can make changes and cancellations on your own. To do so, click the “Detailed Booking Information” link at the bottom of the booking confirmation email you received immediately after booking. On the following page, please enter the email address you used when booking, as well as your last name. You can then view, modify, or cancel your reservation.

Depending on the rate, up to two rebookings are possible free of charge. Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to three days before arrival.

Please note that for reservations made through booking portals such as Booking.com, the terms and conditions listed there apply.

Discount for Longer Stays

For longer stays, you can take advantage of attractive special rates. For stays of 30 nights or more, enter the discount code Longstay when booking through our website to receive a 20% discount on the booking price.

Payment Information

Bookings made through our website can be conveniently paid for by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal.

The driveway:
Coming from the A5 motorway, take the exit Freiburg-Mitte and drive towards Freiburg/Donaueschingen to B31a.
At exit B3 towards Merzhausen/B31/Stadtmitte/Konzerthaus/Main railway station, turn left to Heinrich-von-Stephan-Straße/B3.

After about 2 km you reach us, we are on the right side.

Access by public:
Coming from the main railway station, you will get to tram No. 4 towards Vauban. Please get off at the Paula-Modersohn-Platz stop. After only a 6-minute walk you arrive with us.

Check-in

Our staff are available from 4 pm to 9 pm to answer any questions you may have about our house, and to provide tips and recommendations for things to do in Freiburg. You can arrive between 4 pm and 9 pm.

After prior consultation, we are happy to make an earlier arrival before 4 pm. Please contact our staff. Telephone +49 761 600 466 50.

Check-out

You can travel comfortably until 11 a.m. When you leave the apartment, please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.

Late departure is possible after prior consultation until 12 noon. Please contact our staff. If you need to leave earlier, we would be grateful if you could let us know the day before, so that we can make the best use of our housekeeping services.

Baggage storage

We will gladly take your luggage before check-in from Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. and on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 1 p.m. Please speak to a member of staff to register. Telephone +49 761 600 466 50 or by e-mail office@v7-freiburg.de.

Pets

Pets are welcome. We charge a flat cleaning fee of €15 per night per animal. Please contact us before you arrive.

Internet

All apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi.

Children

We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve them before arrival or contact our staff during your stay.

Parking

You can comfortably park in our in-house garage for 15 EUR or 20 EUR per night, including use of the e-load station. As our spaces are limited, we kindly ask that you make a reservation in advance. If all our spaces are occupied, there are other places in a nearby public car park.

E charging station

We support electromobility with our charging station (with 2 charging points), which is available in our car park. This allows your electric vehicle to be comfortably charged with us during your stay. Please indicate in your parking reservation whether you need access to the charging station. Depending on availability, we can reserve a parking space.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments and throughout the building. Please understand that we will charge an amount of EUR 300,- in case of disregard.

Account

Before departure, please enter your invoice data into our guest system. You will automatically receive an invoice at the email address you provided on the day of departure. You will be able to access our guest system a few days before arrival.

Cleaning

For stays of at least seven days, we offer an intermediate cleaning service free of charge upon request. This includes cleaning the floors, changing the towels, disposing of rubbish, replenishing toilet paper, coffee and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen.

Additional intermediate cleanings are available at 25 EUR per cleaning. Please contact our staff to arrange this.

Upon departure, we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment clean and tidy, with washed dishes. Any additional cleaning required due to excessive dirt will be charged for, with a minimum charge of €25. We require a deposit in the form of your credit card or passport details. This data will be irrevocably deleted by us on the day of your departure.

Sofa bed

Many apartments have a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. If you have booked the apartment for more people and intend to use the sofa bed, you will find bed linen and towels for it in the wardrobe. Please contact us if you have any questions about using them.

Our services

The rental price includes bed linen, bath towels, dish towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, washing machine detergent, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

Washing machine

Some of our apartments have a washing machine.

Additional persons

For additional persons we charge 15,- EUR per night and person.
