For additional persons we charge €15 per night and person.

You will find a safe place for your bikes in our bicycle storage room. Please speak to our staff. We ask for your understanding that we accept no liability.

Please depart by 11:00. When you leave the apartment, please put the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Please note that we will charge a fee of €100 if you lose your room key. You can check out later than 11:00 by prior arrangement, up to 12:00. Please contact our staff to arrange this. If you are leaving earlier, please let us know the day before so that we can optimise the deployment of our housekeeping team.

We are happy to provide you with a baby crib and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these before your arrival or contact our staff during your stay.

The accommodation comes with a kitchen, which will be handed over clean with a full set of equipment. We kindly ask that you put the dishes, cutlery and pots back in the cupboards once they have been cleaned.

Please do not shower outside the shower cubicle. Please keep the bathroom as dry as possible.

For stays of at least seven days, we offer a free intermediate cleaning service. This includes cleaning the floor, changing the towels, emptying the bins, replenishing toilet paper, coffee pads and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen. Additional intermediate cleaning is available at intervals as required for €25 per clean. Please contact our staff to arrange this.

On departure, we ask our guests to leave the apartment swept and cleaned, and with the dishes washed. Heavy soiling will incur an additional charge of at least €25. We take the liberty of taking your credit card or passport details as a deposit. This data will be irrevocably deleted on the day of your departure.

We support electromobility by providing a charging station with two charging points in our car park. This allows you to conveniently charge your electric vehicle during your stay.

When booking your parking space, please let us know if you would like access to the charging station. Depending on availability, we can reserve a space for you.

Our prices: €20 per night for a parking space, including e-charging.

A fan is available free of charge for those hot summer days. If you require an additional one, please contact our staff.

Is it too cold for you? Please contact our staff. We will be happy to provide you with a fan heater.

We welcome your suggestions and ideas for improvements. If there is anything that does not meet your expectations, please let us know immediately so that we can address it during your stay. Your satisfaction as a guest is our top priority.

We ask that you observe the night-time rest period between 22:00 and 6:00. The apartments, their furnishings and any other property must not be damaged. Please note that any damage caused will be charged for.

Before departure, please enter your invoice data into our guest system. You will automatically receive an invoice at the email address you provided on the day of departure. You will be able to access our guest system a few days before arrival.

Would you like to explore the area without worrying about your luggage? From Monday to Friday from 11:00 and on Saturday/Sunday/public holidays from 13:00 we are happy to take your luggage before check-in. Please contact our team to register. Liability is excluded. Please do not leave any valuables in your luggage.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid, and bin liners. We also provide coffee pods for the coffee machine, washing machine detergent, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you require any additional supplies. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

You can comfortably park in our own garage for €15 per night or €20 per night if you would like to use the e-charging station. As our parking spaces are limited, please make a reservation. We will allocate you a space and provide you with a code to access the garage. If all our spaces are already booked, additional spaces are available in the nearby public car park “Solargarage Vauban”.

Pets are very welcome. We charge a flat rate of €15 per night per pet to cover the additional cleaning costs. Please register your pet with us before you arrive.

Save energy together - every contribution counts!

• Turn the heating down by one degree.
• Turn the air conditioning or fan up by one degree, or open the window to let in cooler air.
• Set the fridge to medium cooling.
• Only switch on the dishwasher when it is full, and select the eco programme.
• Switch off lights and air conditioning/fan when leaving the apartment.
• Reduce water consumption.
• Close windows and doors when leaving the apartment.
• Ventilate in short bursts instead of opening windows slightly.

All of our apartments are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to the inventory, such as burn marks, at replacement value. An additional charge of €300 will be incurred for special cleaning.

Many apartments have a sofa bed to accommodate extra guests. You will find bed linen and towels in the wardrobe. If you have any questions about how to use them, please contact us.

Some of our apartments have a washing machine. Detergent is provided free of charge. If you have any questions, please contact our staff.

Please dispose of your waste in the bins provided in your apartment (yellow for plastic, green for paper and brown for residual waste). Glass bottles can be disposed of in the glass container nearby. When you leave, you can leave any rubbish in the apartment and we will dispose of it during the final clean.
