Please dispose of waste in the bins provided in your apartment (yellow for plastic, green for paper, and brown for general waste). Glass bottles can be disposed of in the glass recycling container nearby. When you leave, you can leave any rubbish in the apartment – we’ll dispose of it for you during the final clean.

You can check out comfortably until 11:00 am. When you leave the apartment, please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Please understand that we have to charge a fee of €100 if the room key is lost. A later departure, up to 12:00 pm, is possible by prior arrangement. Please contact our team to arrange this. If you’re leaving earlier than planned, we’d appreciate a message the day before, so that we can plan the cleaning accordingly.

We ask that you observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00. Please do not damage the apartments, their furnishings or any other property. Please note that any damage caused will be charged for.

Pets are very welcome. We charge €15 per pet per night to cover the additional cleaning involved. Please let us know about your pet before you arrive.

We’re happy to provide a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these before you arrive, or contact our team during your stay.

You can park comfortably in our own garage for €15 per night, or €20 per night including use of the e-charging station. As spaces are limited, we ask that you make a reservation. We’ll allocate you a space and give you the code for garage access. If our spaces are already fully booked, further spaces are available nearby in the public car park “Solargarage Vauban”.

All of our apartments are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to furnishings caused by burns, at replacement value. The additional cost of special cleaning will be charged at €300.

Please enter your invoice details in our guest system no later than the day before your departure. An invoice will automatically be sent to the email address you provided on the day of departure. You’ll receive access to our guest system a few days before arrival.

The accommodation comes with a kitchen that is handed over clean and with a full set of equipment. We kindly ask that you only put dishes, cutlery and pots back in the cupboards once they’ve been cleaned.

Please don’t shower outside the shower cubicle. Please try to keep the bathroom largely dry.

For stays of at least 7 days, we offer a free interim cleaning service on request. This includes cleaning the floor, changing the towels, emptying the bins, replenishing toilet paper, coffee pods and soap, and a light clean of the bathroom and kitchen. Additional interim cleaning at intervals of your choice is available for €25 per clean. Please contact our team to arrange this.

On departure, we kindly ask guests to leave the apartment swept clean, with the dishes washed. Excessive dirt will be charged for according to the effort required, with a minimum charge of €25. As a deposit, we hold your credit card or passport details. This data is irrevocably deleted on the day of your departure.

Many apartments have a sofa bed for additional guests. If you’ve booked the apartment for more people and plan to use the sofa bed, you’ll find bed linen and towels for it in the wardrobe. If you have any questions about how to use it, please feel free to contact us.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pods for the coffee machine, along with salt and pepper. Just let us know if you need a top-up or anything else. Final cleaning is included in the price as well.

A fan is available free of charge for hot summer days. If you need an additional one, please contact our team.
