Waste and waste separation

Please dispose of waste in the waste garbage cans provided (yellow: plastic, green: paper and brown: residual waste) in the corridors, these are emptied daily. On departure you can leave the garbage in the apartment, we will dispose of it for you during the final cleaning.

Check-Out

Depart comfortably by 11 am. When leaving the apartment, please place the apartment keys on the table and close the door behind you. Please understand that we have to charge a lump sum of 100,- EUR if you lose your room key. A later departure is possible by prior arrangement until 12 noon. Please contact our reception for this. In the event of an earlier departure, we would be pleased to receive a message the day before departure so that our housekeeping can be optimally deployed.

Save energy together - every contribution counts!

  • Turn the heating down one degree
  • Turn the air conditioning/fan up one degree or open the window for cooler air
  • Set the fridge to medium cooling
  • Only switch on the dishwasher when full and use the eco program
  • Switch off lights and air conditioning/fan when leaving the apartment
  • Reduce water consumption
  • Close windows and doors when leaving the apartment
  • Ventilate in bursts instead of tilting windows

E-charging station We support electromobility with our charging station (with 2 charging points), which is available to you in our parking lot. This allows you to conveniently charge your electric vehicle during your stay with us.
When reserving your parking space, please indicate whether you require access to the charging station. Depending on availability, we can reserve a parking space for you.
Our prices: EUR 20.00 - parking space per night, incl. e-charging
Bicycle storage You will find a safe place for your bikes in our bicycle storage room. Please speak to our staff at reception. We ask for your understanding that we accept no liability.
Feedback We welcome your suggestions and ideas for improvement. If something is not to your satisfaction, please let us know straight away so that we can change it during your stay. Guest satisfaction is our top priority.
Feedback Would you like to explore the area without worrying about your luggage? From Monday to Friday from 11 am and on Saturday/Sunday/holidays from 1 pm we are happy to take your luggage before check-in. Please contact our reception desk to register. Liability is excluded. Please do not leave any valuables in your luggage.
House rules We ask you to observe the night's rest between 10 pm and 6 am. The apartments, their furnishings and other property are not to be damaged. We would like to point out that any damage caused will be charged.
Pets Pets are very welcome. We charge a flat rate of 15,- EUR per night per pet for the additional cleaning costs. Please register your pet with us before your arrival
Infants We are happy to provide you with a baby crib and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these before your arrival or contact our reception during your stay.
Defects in the apartment Has something broken in the apartment? Please contact our reception immediately - phone +49 761 600 466-50 or send an e-mail to office@v7-freiburg.de . We will find a solution together.
Public transportation On the homepage of the VAG (Freiburger Verkehrs AG) you will find the rail network maps as PDF for download and a timetable information.
PARKING You can park comfortably in our own garage for EUR 15 per night, or EUR 20 per night including e-charging station. Our parking spaces are limited, so please make a reservation. We will assign you a parking space and give you the code for access to the garage. If our parking spaces are already fully booked, additional spaces are available in a public parking garage in the immediate vicinity.
Smoking All our apartments are non-smoking apartments. We reserve the right to charge for damage to inventory in the form of burn marks at replacement value. The additional cost of special cleaning will be charged at 300 EUR.
Invoice Do you need an invoice for your stay? Please contact our reception team, preferably by e-mail to office@v7-freiburg.de . We will issue an invoice immediately and send it to you by e-mail.
Cleaning The accommodation is equipped with a kitchen, which will be handed over clean and with a complete inventory. We kindly ask you to put the dishes, cutlery and pots back into the cupboards in a clean condition.

It is not desirable to shower outside the shower cubicle. Please keep the bathroom as dry as possible.

For stays of at least 7 days, we offer a free intermediate cleaning service. This includes cleaning the floor, changing the towels, disposing of the garbage, replenishing toilet paper, coffee pads and soap, as well as a small cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen. We offer additional intermediate cleaning at intervals as required for EUR 25 per cleaning. Please contact reception for this.

On departure we ask our guests to leave the apartment swept clean and with washed dishes. Heavy soiling will be charged at cost, but at least 25 euros. We take the liberty of taking your credit card or passport details as a deposit. This data will be irrevocably deleted on the day of departure.
Sofabed Many apartments have a sofa bed for additional persons. Bed linen and towels can be found in the closet. If you have any questions about its use, please contact us.

Our services The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin liners. We also provide coffee pods for the coffee machine, detergent for the washing machine and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need additional supplies or anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.
Fans & fan heaters A fan is available free of charge for hot summer days. If you need more, please contact our reception.

Is it too cold for you? Please contact our service staff. We will be happy to put a fan heater in your apartment.
Washing Machine Some of our apartments have a washing machine. Detergent is provided free of charge. If you have any questions, please contact our reception.
